Bookings have now opened for our annual Progress in Geography Conference which will be taking place on Friday 29 June 2018.
Progress in Geography Conference 2018
The Conference is aimed at current year 12 pupils interested in studying Geography at Cambridge. The event will provide potential applicants with a flavour of undergraduate study and an opportunity to explore topics of interest beyond what's covered within the school curriculum.
The event will take place on Friday 29 June 2018 and will involve a day of talks given by our Geography Fellows on a variety of topics, students will also get the opportunity to informally tour the College and speak to current Fitzwilliam Geography Students.
A full itinerary of the day will be released shortly.
Complimentary refreshments will be provided throughout the day, including a buffet lunch.
How to apply
The number of places available are very limited. Schools can book places for up to five students and one teacher, this will be subject to availability, depending on popularity of the event there will be an initial limit of two students per school. To sign up for this event please fill out one of our online booking forms below no later than 5pm on Friday 22 June 2018.
There will be a charge of £10 per person for attending, if help is required for covering this cost and/or travel costs please contact us. Following your booking, an email will be sent providing you with instructions on how to pay the attendee charge this email will be sent from: email@example.com
