The Catering team are led by Executive Chef, Richard Wayman, whose office is located in the corridor adjacent to the Dining Hall. Supported by Head Chef, Gavin Flack, the Front of House Supervisor, Sharon Lewis, the Coffee Shop Supervisor, Beverley and the Bar Supervisor, Chris, Richard manages a 30-strong team of staff.
