Rod Cantrill joined Fitzwilliam as Bursar in September 2020

He graduated with a degree in Architecture form St Catharine’s College, Cambridge and then worked in finance for over 30 years, most recently as a co-owner and Managing Director of an advisory business.

In his role as Bursar, Rod is currently a member of the University Finance Committee, the University Admissions Committee and the Finance Committee of Kettle’s Yard.

Rod has a deep knowledge of Cambridge from his involvement in local politics and as a Trustee of Wintercomfort a local homeless charity and Millington Road Nursery School.
